Our martial arts classes are designed for adults of all backgrounds, including complete beginners and those returning after a long break. We follow clear grading pathways, offer official certificates, and guide you at your own pace - safely and positively.

MARTIAL ARTS

We follow a fully recognised belt grading syllabus through the Cobra Martial Arts Association, guiding students from their first steps all the way to black belt, with official certification at every stage. With safe, structured classes that combine fitness, self-defence, and personal development, it’s a fun and empowering way to stay active, learn new skills, and be part of a supportive martial arts community.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Fighter-style circuit training at Fit4It is fast-paced, high-energy, and built to push your limits — just like the pros. Inspired by the conditioning routines of combat athletes, these sessions combine bodyweight moves, resistance drills, and explosive cardio into a powerful full-body workout.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our one-to-one personal training sessions are designed around your comfort and convenience. Whether we’re meeting in a local outdoor space to take advantage of fresh air, nature, and variety, or working in the privacy of your own home where you feel most at ease, every session is tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

ONLINE COURSES

Our online coaching is built for real life — yours. With 13-week structured programmes and shorter educational courses, you can learn at your own pace, without pressure. Whether you're juggling a busy family life, shift work, or simply prefer the comfort of home, these courses give you everything you need to succeed.
